So the bottom line is; you have a series of "eyes" beaming useful information to you from outer space. Now, some GPS systems are more sophisticated then others. For example, while one GPS will provide you with on screen directions, another will issue voice commands like; "Turn Left…Turn Right…Stay Straight…" With the newer model GPS systems you can get one that vocally relays street names as you go and warns you of upcoming turns and stops. Taking Voice Command technology even further, some elite GPS navigation systems can even respond to your voice and give you routes and Points of Interest without you ever having to lift your hands off the steering wheel.  When I first started my quest for the best GPS out there, my first question was from choices ranging over 100 products, how do I choose? Unfortunately, there was no  clear answer and to this date, there is still no single top of the line GPS that has all the features and Plus over other Navigation Systems. Every GPS has it's own unique features and therefore its crucial to weigh the pros and cons of each individually. In this article I'm going to lay down  what I believe to be the most key features required for a solid GPS. (In this GPS review we are going to focus on Garmin products solely because they are recognized as the elite of GPS navigation. If our audience would like, we can provide another review on all GPS products.) A). Automatic route calculation to any destination. B). Fit in Pocket design. With everything turning pocket sized, there is no excuse to own a chunky system that is a pain to transport wherever you travel. Go small and sleek. C). Automatically relays information to you by speaking directions. You want to keep your eyes strictly on the road and your GPS must ensure you can do that. D). At least a million preloaded Points of Interest. Points Of Interest allows you to see the exact route to vital locations in your area and wherever you travel in America. In example: Gas stations, Amusement parks, Hospitals, Police Stations…
What's not so vital… A). USB cord. B) Speech recognition. We know it's handy, but vital it's not… C). Where am I?" and "Where's my car?" features. D). 3-D building view and video games. • "Electronic "bread crumbs" to keep track of where you have been along your travels.  "Bread Crumbs" feature adds a whole new dimension of clarity to all your road trips.

So here we have a few crux advantages to the Nuvi 855.  Let's match this GPS together with a popular older version; the Garmin Nuvi 785T

The  Nuvi 785T  is not equipped with  the Voice Command technology  the Garmin Nuvi 855 boasts.  Plus, the Nuvi 855 outstrips the Nuvi 785T with several other vital functions such as; junction view, lane assist and a speed limit indicator.  Owners of older model GPS may be sick of being led astray or having to make annoying and sometimes dangerously sharp turns and stops due to their GPS limited instruction capability. The Nuvi 855 steps up the level of GPS intelligence by offering accurate street names and addresses vocally as you drive, all the while, giving you ample time to prepare for a turn or stop.

But… the Nuvi 855 can cost up to fifty dollars more than the Nuvi  785T… Is the jump for the newer version worth it? Here’s the Garmin Nuvi 855 Cons:

• A2DP Bluetooth
• ecoRoute
• Customizable data fields

These features can be important. For example, the 3-D buildings feature allows you to flick the screen and revolve around obstructing structures for ultimate view. (The Garmin 855 lane assist feature takes the place of this option).

The Verdict…

According to most experts, the Garmin Nuvi 855 is the better choice solely due to it's incredible Voice recognition technology. Although, experts maintain that if you are driving with another person or do not have the need to fiddle with your GPS while driving, the Nuvi 785T might be a less expensive venture for the bargain hunter.
The bottom line is that Garmin has to this day never produced one top-of-the-line GPS. Instead, they have given us many different GPS systems with many different capabilities that make that particular GPS unique in its own right.  If you want the best, stick with the  7×5 series and 8×5 series unit. You will never go wrong with Garmin.

I confess… The infamous cover really caught my eye…and thus led to this game review.  Besides the awesome graphics, a quick delving into infamous reveals an incredible game that is sure to continue astounding PlayStation3 junkies around the globe.   The story line is basically about one man that finds himself in the middle of a devastated world ripped apart by evil doings and dead people and destroyed buildings everywhere around him. Cole, Infamous's main character finds himself in this scene when a catastrophic blast rips apart three islands, leaving him with awesome endowments and terrifying circumstances. Cole will have to decide between good and evil through the dramatic storyline, struggling with his girlfriend's sudden loathing, hearing strange voices and a terrible anger that is bubbling inside him. Charged with Electrical powers that allow him to blast enemies by lifting his fingers, Cole stands up against evil foes which the government won't stop and even cordons off the city perimeter. That doesn't stop our hero, as he progresses through the game by foot then advances to scrambling between soaring rooftops and finally crashing powerful bursts of electricity that allows him to glide through descents like a hawk. Will Cole choose to help a group of starving humans or feed on their life source for vital strength to kill the enemy? You will have to make the decision when you play Infamous and explore incredible high-definition freedom of a metropolitan wrecked by evil.  All in all, I would rate infamous four stars for incredible sound affects, awesome story line and sure to please fighting action.  The only fault I could find in this game is the glitches and hazy graphics that appear throughout the game play.   Good luck.
